ANA ROŠ and NOVÁ ČESKÁ

At the end of September, Slovenian chef Ana Roš of Hiša Franko will come to Prague to prepare an extraordinary dinner together with chefs from Nová česká – led by Oldřich Sahajdák (La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise), Tomáš Kalina (Culinary Symposium), and Ondřej Koráb (Grandhotel Pupp).
Across several courses, the chefs will present the flavors and ingredients of their countries – giving you the chance to experience how the Slovenian and Czech seasons taste when tradition meets innovation.
This dinner also has a fundraising dimension: proceeds from ticket sales and the accompanying collection will support the projects of Nová česká. The association’s mission is to lighten, support, and promote Czech cuisine – through activities ranging from talks and cooking with students, to pop-ups on farms and in canteens, to professional training and organizing expert forums.
Ana Roš is a symbol of modern Slovenian gastronomy – and as a patron of the Nová česká initiative, her personal presence also shines a light on Czech cuisine.
The ticket price includes non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer.
