About us

The association NOVÁ ČESKÁ was founded in 2025, but its story began earlier.
In December 2024, we met for the first time – a group of people brought together by our love for Czech cuisine. That was the moment we made a commitment: to dedicate our time, energy, and hearts to it.

Our dream is to see Czech cuisine shine again – at home and abroad.

The roots of our association go much deeper.
Some of us have been cooking the nová česká cuisine all along, others dreamed of it for years and believed in its importance – for us, for future generations, and for the entire Central European region. Step by step, this vision began to spread – naturally, with enthusiasm and joy.
That’s how a strong community was born, with the desire to create together, to name, to share, and to leave a Czech mark behind.

United by our love for Czech cuisine

Since the founding of the association, the vision of the nová česká cuisine has been embraced not only by leading Czech chefs, but also by farmers, academics, representatives of all culinary crafts, and professional organizations.

We are united by the desire to build a strong fan base for Czech cuisine – with everything that belongs to it: flavors, recipes, ingredients, and stories.

Every day, through their work, they contribute to fulfilling the association’s goals, support one another, and spread the good name of the nová česká cuisine both at home and abroad.
