In the association Nová česká, we are united by the desire to create, share experiences, and move our cuisine forward – both at home and abroad. Together we are stronger: we inspire one another, exchange know-how, and spread the good name of Czech cuisine.
We plan to visit schools, cook on farms, and organize joint events. We’ll be truly grateful if you support these activities and contribute to making them happen.

We believe that together we can achieve more. We are building a vibrant community of people with the same passion and energy. It’s a space for collaboration, sharing, and mutual support. And most importantly – together we give back to Czech cuisine what it has given us. We are its fans. Wearing its jersey is an honor for us. We celebrate with it in victories, and when times are tough, we stand by it.
Every member has the chance to actively bring ideas, shape the direction of the association, and contribute to the development of Czech cuisine itself. You can stir up your city or region, start new projects, and be part of change as it happens. And you won’t be alone – you’ll always have a team behind you, pulling together.
You can look forward to educational workshops, involvement in pop-ups, and opportunities to cook with the association’s team. And if you have knowledge or skills to share yourself – all the better. We’re happy to give space to anyone eager to lend a hand!
Our shared mission is to return Czechia to the world’s gastronomic map. Under the Czech flag, your restaurant or project can shine too. We believe that by joining forces we can show the world that Czech cuisine has plenty to offer – to our peers in the field, to visitors, and to the future generations of chefs.
