The future is young!
We believe Czech cuisine has a lot to offer – and that its future lies in the hands of young people who can get truly excited about it.
We want to inspire them to be curious, to keep learning, and to have the courage to fully enter the world of gastronomy – so they can travel, learn from the best, create, meet inspiring people, and live their craft to the fullest.
When we were students, we had no idea how many paths and opportunities gastronomy could open. Now we want to bring that knowledge to today’s students – and show them that their profession can have real purpose and big potential.
How does it work?
We visit schools across the Czech Republic – often the same ones we once attended ourselves.
We share our stories and show what everyday life in gastronomy really looks like – whether we are chefs, waiters, bakers, pastry chefs, butchers, journalists, managers, restaurant owners, or creators of independent projects.
We speak openly, honestly, and with respect. We offer a real, unfiltered look into a field we genuinely love.
Using the key points of the Manifesto of the New Czech Cuisine, we introduce our view of today’s gastronomy – and the core values we believe are essential for its future.
In 2026, we plan to visit 10 schools free of charge.
